Wow the Firenze lofts were great, very clean, it had an outdoor patio section for the rooms where you could catch a nice breeze drink some beers and watch locals walk by. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again for all my solo trips to Medellín 5 stars!

The entire staff was amazing! We had some issues checking in with my debit card coming from the US but Carlos the hotel manager was super patient as I was getting frustrated.. he kept calm and knew that we were going to get it fixed eventually. I will visit again

Clean, friendly staff, kitchenette for preparing just a coffee tea or even heating up some food. Breakfast was a block away at a restaurant. Detail. If you come late for breakfast, possible they don't have everthing.

It was a great room and convenient location, but the noise of other guests in the hallway was a lot. We stayed Saturday through Tuesday and the noise was an issue each night.
