I had a suite there for 5 nights. What I liked: The food was great in the restaurants, especially the 18th floor restaurant, friendly staff. Extremely safe, secure. Left money out. What I didn’t: Felt a little looked down on by upper staff with my girlfriend from there.

The rooms were nice and clean. Front desk service was not very helpful and a bit rude. Restaurabt staff was good but the service during breakfast was slow and tables were lacking silverware and the buffet food options weren’t good same food items every day and not good taste. Bell staff was nice and very helpful not like the Front Desk staff.

Great place to stay at. Walking distance to Provenza. There is always staff in the front that were nice and the building is always busy and felt super safe. Breakfast was great with great options and the best cafe con leche.

Great Hotel!
My stay was excellent besides on the first three days that we arrived. We were given a room on the 3rd floor, where they have the events halls and the noise, music was like it was inside the room. It was imposible to rest on week days until past Midnight and on Saturday until past 2:00 AM. The room is very bad situated!!!

Good but could be better
Need sound wall insulation, could hear everything neighbor doing everything on the side.. even using bathroom: The fee of an extra 100 per person each night is ridiculous, could rent Airbnb and bring whoever..breakfast,gym and staff was amazing
