The experience was great. The work stuff provided an excellent and professional customer service at all the times. The GelEMA restaurant from the hotel have delicious food and all the waitres were super attentive, kind and professional. I highly recommend this hotel.

Was disappointed with a few things, the arranged shuttle from airport was overcharged $36 vs quoted $26. Suggest folks take photo of minibar and in room food items when checking in, they will charge you for items at checkout that you never used (suggest daily photos as time date). Panoramic view upgrade had view of bushes and razor wire fence. Ants on most surfaces in bathroom and bar sink area. While none -smoking is claimed, adjacent room had smokers on balcony, rules not enforced even though you need to sign behavior agreement at registration. Plus side really nice breakfast with pleasant staff.
