Overall everything was good, i got a redbull from the mini fridge, when i got back home they text me and say they forgot to charge me,can i pay.$3.42. $15,000 colombia currency. Are there serious. I text them and told them have to wait until 2025,when i go back.🙄

If you’re going to stay here, it’s only to sleep. There are no amities. My flight was cancelled due to the storm Milton. I wasn’t accommodated by anyway they actually told me I had to pay more than what I paid for when I made my reservation so therefore I checked out into a different location. I would never stay at this location again I don’t care if the price was $10 a day.

Blues Suites made our trip to Medellin so much better with great location in the Poblado with many things to do nearby. The breakfast options are limited to the menu they provide with 10 options but overall good. The one negative thing I would have to say is the property don’t have accessible entrance for strollers or wheelchairs but the staff is very friendly and did helped us with my baby stroller.

Overall the property was very clean, nice, and modern. Room was comfortable and well kept. Free breakfast was quite good and rooftop restaurant was excellent. Room walls were rather thin (you could easily hear people in hallways and every time guest in next room turned on their shower lol “Fitness room” was a joke. Old broken equipment most condos would throw out and poorly trained/rude staff there. Overall, for a budget friendly property it was just fine but if you’re looking for a “resort” keep looking

The location is near the shopping malls and the service is very good. The staff is friendly, they did a mistake to charge my creditcard for 1 night extra but sra Torres did a very good job to contact Visa and I received the refund. I appreciate this a lot because some other hotels normally when you check-out you will never receive your refund. This is good service and I will come back soon at Blue Suites Hotel.
