Review of Swissotel Makkah
I recently stayed at Swissotel Makkah, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations set by its five-star rating. Here are some of the issues I encountered during my stay: 1. Room Cleanliness: Upon entering my room, I was disappointed to find it dirty. The floors had not been cleaned properly, and the linens were not fresh. 2. Unpleasant Odors: The pillows in the room had a noticeable and unpleasant smell, which made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep. 3. Shower Temperature Control: I struggled to control the temperature of the shower, resulting in an uncomfortable bathing experience. 4. Concierge Service: After checking in, I had to wait about 15 minutes for the concierge to assist me with my luggage. I ended up having to chase them down three times before receiving help. Overall, my experience at Swissotel Makkah was far from satisfactory, and I believe improvements are necessary to ensure that future guests receive the quality of service they expect. I hope the management addresses these concerns, as I was truly looking forward to a memorable stay. Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5)

The property is amazing and at 5 mins distance from Haram. The only issue is I paid through expedia for 4 people which included free breakfast. Firstly hotel said they cannot find our booking and after goong back and forth they sorted out after 2 hours. Secondly they said breafast is only for 1 person however room was booked for 4. Good thing they are good woth eary check ins and late checkouts.

This property is excellent if you want peaceful entry and exit from the hotel. the access to elevators are very easy and you dont have to go through Clock Tower Shopping mall and queue up for the elevators. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was grand. will definitely be going back to this hotel.
