The Guest Relation at the Reception was very polite and helpful ... All together excellent and well maintained. Very walkable to Kaaba--the main reason why we stayed. However, there was a heavy chain smoker on our floor, evident by the constant cigarette smell in the lobby and hallways. I complained to the front desk twice, but the smell persisted :( We were not informed on the RSVP that this was a smoking floor--if there is such a thing at this hotel.
