Overall Novotel Makkah is great place to stay especially as it’s close to the haram and there is the free shuttle that I really appreciated. I think the cleaning could be better though. I loved the breakfast buffet as well! I will definitely be staying g here again for my next visit in sha Allah.

Nobody at the reception knew about the silver member discount on food and beverages. The restaurant and reception said they didn’t know about it. It would be helpful if we could get a code or something which the staff would know about it.
