I absolutely loved the 2 bedroom suite I booked, room was spacious and clean, front desk receptionists were very nice and friendly. Mr. Sabar Shaban treated and welcomed us really nicely at dinner. True gentleman.

My biggest concern is around the hotel staff They were rude, not helpful and did not care about your needs. I had to wait for hours and hours for my room. All i had asked for was a couple of hours earlier check in. I was kept waiting in the lobby. I was so tired that i went to sleep sitting in the lobby The elevators were not working. Half of the time i had to take escalators to go up and down. I would not stay here again and i would advise people not to either.

I booked through Expedia my whole Umrah trip for 4 people. Somehow the room that I finally booked was of 3 single beds. I called property and emailed them too but the issue was not solved. When we finally reached there and talked to them, they were very nice and receptive. They upgrade our room and gave us a suite instead. It was first Umrah of my kids and we were staying at Pullman Zamzam for the first time too. This act made our stay memorable and we are now Pullman ZamZam for life. Also their luggage policy is very good and helpful. Haram is right outside the hotel. Breakfast options were great too.

Hotel is nicely located just steps away from Haram . Keep in mind that phased renovation is going on for room condition . Rooms towards Haram view or partial view are I guess already renovated and are spacious and nicely done The elevators from ground floor to hotel lobby is time consuming and often crowded however elevators of hotel itself are efficient and enough . Easy pick up and drop off through the -2 floor level Breakfast has large variety but could be improved . Huge food court on 3rd and 4th level catering all sorts of food
