Was very walkable to haram, only one hill may be difficult for the elderly in the heat. Otherwise nice and new facilities with pretty decent selection for the breakfast buffet. We got upgraded to a junior suite and it was very comfortable as always Hilton beds don’t disappoint. Only complaint didn’t get my double tree cookie tho🙈

Nice area, great hotel and not too far from Haram. Shuttle is available but there should be atleast 2 shuttle buses. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

The bellboy lost my bag and I reported it to the front desk and manager 7-8 times and they kept buying time. Telling us to come later and they’re checking or working on it and we never found it. I’m really upset with this hotel. We also had to change rooms 2 times because the carpeted rooms smelt so bad and musty. I couldn’t properly breathe. I had to request a non-carpeting room. And finally I got a disabled room without carpets.

Excellent property with great helpful staff, we were early and they were able to give us room around noon instead of 4 PM. Only drawback is back is location. It’s uphill and requires lots of walking also shuttle was not much help. If luxury is priority this is the one for you
