Ok but not the best.
What service you got depended on who worked at the time. Some of the staff were really serviceminded and good but others were not. For example I was told that I would get help getting a taxi in the morning. The staff in the evening just said yeah you just go out there and get one. The room could be cleaner for 4 stars hotel.

I have booked for 1 night from the U.S then need to extend 1 more night . However, they charged me way higher than initial booking for over stay. In addition, I have paid full in cash for additional night and received the receipt for full paid . Later on they told me, I have still 100 SAR due , I did not understand what they are saying. Later on they locked my room before I checked out . They eventually charged me that 100 sar . It was a very bitter experience I ever had with hotel stay. We come here for forgiveness and repentance to GOD but these people take the chance of our vulnerable situation. I consider that as charity but the disturbance they gave me during stay that is unprecedented.

You can see Masjid Al Haram from there. It's not fancy, but it has everything you need. The staff is polite and helpful. We had a wonderful stay Al Hamdoulilah.

Not so good. From front desk to the barista at the coffee place, no one looked happy. It felt like they are doing us a favor by us staying there. Would it hurt to smile? Or maybe it is a culture thing. The breakfast buffet was not good. I would not stay there again.

The walk to haram was short but hilly. The hotel is on a main road so uber and taxi are easily available.

A gym will be very nice
The rooms are clean but on the small side. The beds are tiny. We really looked forward to the gym as there is a button on the elevator indicating it but when we went there there was only offices and we were told it’s being refurbished with no sign of this being done. The breakfast was good with many options but would do with fruits. Only canned are used in the fruit salad. The worker who used to clean our room was very kind. Everyone was nice but English was sometimes an issue so if you are working in tourism you should speak languages. The hotel is at a walking distance from el haram via anjum hotel.

Excellent place to stay for umrah or hajj
The hotel is clean. Smells very nice (the itr or bakhur) is very pleasant. The cafeteria breakfast buffet is very reach and delicious. I really loved the falafel bites.

The water running into the Water Closet Tank doesnt stop after flushing and its refilled. Im sure its a minor fault that needs to be reset. Stayed in a room with king size bed. Overall, ill always choose the hotel everytime in Makkah. Its awesome. Staff are so friendly, you'll be like, have we ever met?

We enjoyed the stay at this hotel. This is an affordable hotel that is 10 mins away from Haram. Food are nice, but need to maintain cleanliness. Floors are sticky. We will still choose this hotel in the future.

It was an amazing, incredible, and awesome stay.
The location is just a 7-10 minute walk from Haram, which is very convenient. The King Size Suite, with a front view of the hotel, was simply amazing. The reception people were exceptionally attentive and took great care of me. I give them a 10/10 for their hospitality. Room service was excellent; they cleaned and tidied up the room seamlessly. The hotel is outstanding, and I would definitely recommend it.

The Bathroom is very small. Iron was not available. Reception didn't pick phone. Bofet dinner was expensive, 70SAR/head, and was of low quality. They call themselves 4 star but it looks like 2star
