It's ok for a short visit to the lake. All water feature don't exist and nothing in the water when we visited in June 2025. Some of small cabins are gone as well (1-5). While cabins 6-10 are behind the marina and your lake view is some water and the marina only. Cabins from 11 and up are much nicer view and location. A lot of machines and shops than cabins it seems. Noise during week days and a lot of work around the area. Area is limited to camp ground and nothing can be done, like hiking a trail.
Customer service are nice people, cabin is clean but aged, AC was good, cabin features are good. Everything in cabin jammed in small space so expect it to be tight and aged. Screened patio is torn and loose in many places and under cabin is not covered and not nice. In front of cabins the ground is torn by ditches from water run off, hard to walk or enjoy looking at it.
Area felt safe enough, even the cabin door doesn't feel safe and can be opened from outside and not much lights in the common area.
