The property was beautiful and the staff was helpful and friendly. The Watermark has everything you need. There isn't too much to do outside of the area unless you want to catch the train to DC but its perfect for relaxing. There's no pool but they dont need one, they have everything else in order. I cant wait to go back just to relax. The breakfast was delicious and worth getting up early for. We ended up staying an extra night.

Best place to stay in the DMV suburbs.
Stayed at the Watermark recently for a staycation. We have been doing staycations for years, this was by far the best hotel and location. Not crowded, so you feel like you have privacy. And the Perch, the great outdoor area the hotel is attached to, is perfect for being outside and having a lively vibe. Staff was great also.
