We loved everything about the Watermark. I was a little reluctant to book seeing it was listed as three star property. Upon reading the reviews, photos and location I decided to book the Watermark and couldn’t be more please. It definitely exceeded our expectations. When in the DMV the Watermark will be our hotel of choice.

We were disapointed with the front desk staff taking too long chatting with the people checking in ahead of us anout her hair treatments, she could have discussed that off the clock over coffee rather than making us wait 20 minutes after our long day. The hotel could have communicated upon checking in that they were planning to shut off the water at the hotel but found out that it was more convinient for them to just be a surprise for the guest to find out at even when upon calling the front desk they knew exactly from what time frames the water would not be available. I found this whole experience to be very disapointing and frustrating as hell!

Great room, very clean and new. Only complaint on my part is I like it cool to sleep and the room would not get cool enough, but for the makority of people it would be fine. Great breakfast!

Great hotel right next to the metro station. The room was big and had all the amenities needed for my business travel. Two tv’s in the room??? Awesome. The gym has all the machines and weights needed for a full body workout. The shower was not working and someone took care of it right away. The breakfast buffet has more than enough options to cater to any food diet. Overall, great stay. Felt like staying at a private apartment but with all the amenities of a hotel.
