HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE! They gave me a room that was out of service. The stove did not work; Microwave did not work; TV did not work. They refused to give me another room. I reserved a suite 2 days in advance for a specific purpose, and I was confronted with this nightmare. I paid a lot of money for a suite and I didn't get what I paid for. We came prepared to use a stove and have a nice cooked dinner, but in the end, we ate only stale corn dogs from the convenience store. ALL OF OUR PLANS WERE RUINED. IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, AND I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS CRAPPY MOTEL!!! 1. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 2. ROOM OUT OF SERVICE 3. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OVERALL.
