The hallway smelled very bad and so did the room, it was not a pleasant stay.

We stayed at Mainstay and noticed that Comfort Suites was next to it, as soon as they told us to go passed a door, you can notice the big stench in the hallway. It smelled a lot like dog, urine and the stench was just bad. The rooms were muggy and even though spacious just felt dirty in there. I was very disappointed because I could not cancel my stay because I was still going to be charged.

Positives- good price, staff, location. Negatives- continually having to get room cardkey reset, air conditioning worked, but didn’t cool enough… the deal breaker for us returning to this hotel is that there were “ROACHES” in the room!

$100 room deposit

The property is dated. The door in the restroom was pealing, and there was mold in the grout of the shower. They required a $100 deposit when we arrived at the property which is unheard of. I would not stay here again.
