When we booked we didn’t know that the pool was not available for these days and we have 2 kids that were very excited to swim. But we didn’t get that notice from neither from Expedia, nor form the hotel. So that was the only inconvenient

Having moved away from McAllen 6 years ago, thoroughly enjoyed being back! Hotel was a great choice. Room n bath clean n neat. The breakfast was generous with great choices for all ages. Will definitely stay again. The staff very pleasant n really kept lobby n breakfast area clean!

I loved the friendly evening staff as I checked in. He answered all my questions with a smile. The breakfast was hot and fresh no matter what time you came in to eat. I will be using this hotel again when I come back down

Excellent staff, clean rooms and decor. Breakfast was plentiful and yummy. The only 2 issues we had was in order to charge your phones the bed stand you had to have the light above the bed on and there was no iron in our room. We will recommend and stay here again also.

Excellent customer service by Mellanie
We had a wonderful stay for a couple of days due to a track and field competition for our kids. Right away as we arrived, the customer service was superb and we felt welcomed by Mellanie, the front desk receptionist. She helped us by providing information about places to go to for dinner and recreational activities. She was also helpful with providing information about hotel services. Overall, wonderful stay.
