Nasty Hot Tub

The main issue I had was I booked here knowing and wanting a hot tub. When we arrived the first night we went to get into the hot tub and there were swim trunks in the bottom of it and no telling what else. I went to front desk to report that it needed to be cleaned and all that was done was the trunks were taken out. Nothing else was done to it the rest of our stay.

Man at the Front Desk on the morning after our arrive is great. Microwave did not work...he was right on it. And did so with a smile. He had a heart to serve. The AM Breakfast Man also was working...not sleeping...cleaning tables, stocking the food. I also saw a man doing repaird in the Dining Hall ceiling where there had been a leak. Area outside/parking lot was picked up and clean. Room was clean.
