The staff at this hotel were all incredibly friendly and helpful. They made our stay more enjoyable especially the staff at the bar. Unfortunately, the rooms are pretty outdated and smelly.

The check in was great but the card keys wouldn’t work and had to go the front three times to get them reprogrammed. The toilet wouldn’t flush entirety,maintenance didn’t come after telling the front desk. The pool wasn’t clean. It had a lot of floating debris including cigarette butts. The beds were comfortable tho.

When I called the front desk about the broken air conditioner in my room, the front desk lady was rude and did not have customer service quality. This hotel needs improvement in its rooms, and it is not the first time that I have had this problem with the air conditioner. They sent me an electrician while I waited 15 minutes in my room, and he could not fix it. They changed me to another room with almost the same issue: the air conditioner was not cold enough.
