Excellent hotel, all around.
Excellent hotel, super clean with an awesome ocean view. The room, the pool and the service was top notch. My next stay in Mazatlán will be here, no doubt.

The front desk reception need to work and there skills a bit more. We arrived at 10 and told us that the room would be ready by 2. Upon arriving they told us the rooms wouldn’t be ready till 4 pm when in reality check in says at 2pm. They were rude then from there we had to stay in two different floors. This is not ideal for families with kids. Other than that it was nice.

It was in a nice location. Walkable to many places to eat, shops and easy to get uber/taxi's. The ocean views were really nice from the room and nice balcony. Rooms were average and nice.

We were greeted with a quick check in. Our room was exactly what we expected. Clean and fresh. They have a variety of tasty options. We were at their restaurant at 7:30am and were one of the first ones there so we avoided the crowd/line to eat. The pool was nice and clean with a great view to the malecón and the sunsets were amazing. Would definitely stay there again in the future. Staff was very friendly and helped with any questions we had. Lovely hotel, across the malecón, close to many restaurants.
