This property was very clean and the staff was amazing! We had Fonsesco as our waiter for lunch and dinner. Find him in the buffets he will look after you! I used the app to request services for our room (extra pillows and blankets) and they were delivered promptly. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Go to for couples, groups, families. They have lots of activities for adults and kids, waterslides are grandma and grandpa friendly, and food choices are many, quality of food, tasty, tasty, tasty!

Mazatlán itself was lovely, especially thanks to the incredibly attentive and hardworking staff who kept everything clean and running smoothly. The food was fine—nothing spectacular, but definitely decent. What really stood out, though, was the impressive display of entitlement from some fellow tourists. If you’re bothered by the sound of children existing or can’t handle the earth-shattering volume of a casual conversation next door, maybe reconsider traveling to a family-friendly resort. The staff were professional; shame the same can’t be said for all the guests.

Love this RIU over looking the Pacific.....this is the most Mexican experience you can get....the food is top tier and the beach is so relaxing. Music bands on the beach are one of the highlights of this exceptional experience....🥃🤑❤️
