First, I commend management for their devotion to customer service during our stay (Martin, Olympio, the Cardeliere manager/trainer, and the manager in charge during our checkout). This hotel is very big but very outdated. We had to ride in golf carts to get from point A to point C, which could be a nuisance at times. We had several hiccups during our stay including ants in our room and in common areas, no available toothbrushes for guests, and the smell of sewer in our bathroom. Nonetheless, the employees are top-notch, and we received phenomenal customer service. Their spa services were beyond our expectations. I was not vastly impressed with the restaurants. They moved the sushi restaurant to the bar near the hotel lobby, which we found to be inconvenient to guests as they didn’t have enough seating. One night we attempted to have dinner there and the wait was 40 minutes yet there was space for tables and chairs in some areas. The Cardeliere had an Italian night however, their food was less than appetizing for our taste. Also, be aware of the women sitting at the hotel's entrance who will try to get you to attend a breakfast to sell a timeshare. If you don’t attend, they refuse to give you a $20 refund that is paid (which happened to us due to an unforeseen circumstance). Furthermore, they don’t have any bottled water in the rooms, and you must walk or ride (in a golf cart) to a restaurant for water. Lastly, Kelly’s Bar should have more tables for additional seating.
