The hotel is a bit older however they are in process of a remodel that is looking great! The room was great and the front desk lady Heather was an absolute sweetheart. It’s off season so there was only 1 other couple staying at the hotel. Will definitely return and so excited to see the updated rooms!

Very kind people. The parts of the hotel that have been renovated are very nice. the room we stayed in was not yet renovated and showed much wear and tear. I still recommend this as a reasonable place to stay

Much better under new ownership!
I’ve stayed here multiple times over the past 5 years and under new ownership this hotel is MUCH cleaner now. They also replaced the bedding with nicer sheets, down comforter and nicer pillows.

It smelled disgusting. Any chance I could get a refund please to use somewhere else please. Or my money back please There was mold in the fridge and on the wall . It was very noisy and the free breakfast was so gross. It was a very unhappy experience. I didn't want to touch anything and I have a disabled son and I was afraid for him . Can you please help me ? I would really appreciate any help thank you

The property is currently being renovated and there are definitely places where there were areas that were in need of updating, but the rooms were spacious, quiet, and comfortable. We had a beautiful balcony looking over the lake. The pool and hot tub heater was broken. This will be a gem of a hotel once it's updated.

I understand the hotel is under new ownership and it sounds like exciting changes are on the horizon. However, until the renovations are complete, please be prepared for a more basic experience. While the indoor pool is open, the hot tub isn't very hot—more lukewarm. Unfortunately, housekeeping didn’t service my room during my stay, and the bathroom didn’t appear fully clean upon arrival. The continental breakfast was a bit disappointing, so I’d highly recommend walking across the parking lot to She Sings instead.

Old and outdated. They are renovating. Smells weird. Hot tub is not hot. Was told the temperature only reaches 85 degrees. The pool was freezing. Beds were ok.

Cockroach in the bathroom. Very run down. Shower fan sounded like a semi idling, couldn’t use it. Housekeeper was trying, but carpets dirty. No elevator to 2nd level, had to haul everything up and down the stairs. Bright light on all night on balcony lit up the room and no switch to turn it off, no room darkening curtains. New owners had contractors in repairing structural issues. Light fixtures removed from walls and not replaced. They did not offer to comp us when advised of issues. Won’t stay there again.

1 night at Webbs
Under new management and they are in the process of renovations. The sound deadening between rooms is not very good, We had a noisy group next to us that kept us up till 12:30 AM and were running the TV loud at 6:30 AM. There is no night desk to compalin too. I would recoomend that management make their quiet hours very clear on check-in. Everything worked as expected.

Under renovations but looking good. There was a couple things in our room that needed repair. The faucets were very hard to use and the balcony door was hard to slide because of broken handle on inside on no handle on outside. Our room # 202 was very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.
