2/5. Overall value was decent for below average pricing in the area. The room was decently clean other than the floor needing a deep clean. Walking barefoot on carpet made the bottoms of our feet black very quickly. We also had an issue with both the bathroom sink and shower head leaking. The majority of our stay, the bathroom was covered in a pool of water from the sink. Informed desk attendant when we checked in and was told someone would come and repair it a few hours later. We stayed 2 nights and no one ever came to repair the sink so dealt with wet floors the entire stay. Bathroom also had a dozen or so ladybugs in the sink and shower which was a little inconvenient. Breakfast was average for the price of the stay. Parking was good and the gazebo attraction was decently clean.

We have stayed here twice before; with no complaints! It's convenient and affordable; no frills, just what you need for a quick stay. But this time, the linens left much to be desired; towels were tiny (only one full size towel), frayed and stained. The sheets had seen better days and barely fit the bed. It's nice to offer a bit of breakfast, but there wasn't even coffee; each time we went to get some in the morning, it needed made. For paying way over cost on busy weekends, it needs some updates and to have what is offered in the first place.

Condition of room wasn’t great. Room smelled musty and bathroom had mold on the ceiling. Air conditioner smelled like mold which I pointed out to them when I checked in but I was told to just let the air run for a bit and that it should go away…it helped a bit but it didn’t go away completely. I asked for some Lysol spray which they did provide. So I wouldn’t recommend if you have allergies like myself that it’s not a good place to stay. Went to breakfast and it was ok. Check out was 11am and before checkout time, someone knocked on the door and told us it was time to leave…although it wasn’t 11am. In all my years and stays at different hotels/motels that was a first for me. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Nice little motel with friendly staff. Quiet rooms that are well kept and clean. It would be nice if the air conditioner would be in before check in. The room was very hot on arrival but it did not take long to cool off.
