My room is with open air bath. It is perfect. It is big and cozy. The bath is super nice. Dinner and breakfast are very delicious. The front desk girls are helpful and super nice. We enjoyed so much. Ichiban!!!!!!!

A beautiful serene hotel with amazing staff, lovely public and private onsens (tattoos are welcome), exceptional food, and conveniently located just a short walk from the dogo onsen and the tram station.

スタッフ皆さんの対応が気持ちよく、快適に過ごせました。露天風呂付きの部屋に泊まりました。道後温泉本館で入った後、部屋でくつろいだ後の夜中と朝の2回、部屋でゆっくりお風呂に入れました。とても良かったので、また行きたいと思います。ありがとうございました。
