Was given keys to a room occupied by another family. Walked in on them. Toilet had to be fixed. Door not secure, air coming right through, could see outside. Had to remove strike plate ourselves to lock door. Asked for late check out And was locked out at normal time. Property manager still has not called to review anything or apologize.

The Best Western chain is an excellent choice for the money. Our ground floor room was extremely quiet and very comfortable. Pillows were too soft for my liking but my partner said they were fine. We were both surprised to find that there was not an in room refrigerator so we didn't look for a microwave since it would not be of use at that point. Our biggest complaint about the room was the shower curtain. It barely reaches from the shower bar to the lip of the tub so water spillage onto the floor was a given. They need to be made longer. Breakfast is provided and was very abundant. No hot meats but a good choice of cold items and a waffle maker. Location is excellent and for being on a main drag across from the railroad it was VERY quiet. Would stay again.

Room was dirty, bathroom had combs on shower curtain loaded with hair, toilet seat cracked and had a desk barely big enough to fit laptop. Desk chair was lousy and room had no cushioned chair to sit in.
