Always a good experience - the bathroom had a little bit of hair left over in the sink from the guest before. The hallway and elevator were a little dirty- but that didn’t hinder our stay at all.

This being the third time here at this hotel but the first since the casino took over the hotel. Hallways are very smoky. I was charged a $35.00 check in early fee for being 45 minutes early. The pool and hot tub were closed now to public.

The only thing we didn’t like was the wait to check in. Our group of 10 sat outside for an hour and a half. If we checked in early there was a fee. 4:00 seems like a late check in.

The hotel was conveniently located, beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. However, the non smoking room smelled strongly of smoke and the hallways, elevator was dirty. The hot breakfast was good.

Would never stay again. Says they have a pool but don’t. Hotel is outdated and walls and floors are paper thin. Kids in room above me sounded like they were jumping around and wrestling all day and night until midnight at least. Called front desk 3 times total to have them talk to that room and all they did is told me they called once earlier when I complained and acted like that’s all they could do.
