I took off 2 stars for the following.
1. Room
-It only had a mirror in the bathroom
-The toilet paper holder was put on the wrong way so that every time you went to tear off a piece, the roll would come flying off
-Only 1 towel bar in the bathroom (besides the hand towel one). The bathroom is tiny, but they could at least put some hooks behind the door.
-The bathtub was weird. I’ve never been in a tub that wasn’t flat on the bottom.
-No hair dryer (or iron).
-The pillows were AWFUL.
-It says you can request an extra rolling bed, but it’s really a blow up air mattress that deflates quite a bit overnight
-Walls are super thin
-In room trash cans were tiny, they could probably hold a gallon of milk
2.Staff
-The one girl I did see was very nice. However, if you go later at night the little doorbell by the check in/out window is shut off. I tried shouting hello, even called the hotel from the little lobby, but couldn’t get through.
Positives:
-Easy check in/out
-Nice little mini fridge with an actual separate freezer compartment.
-Clean.
-The one staff member I did see was very nice.
