Inexpensive, but you get what you pay for: the rooms were not well maintained or cleaned, the public areas too needed a deep-clean, and the overall vibe was of low-budget accommodations. At least the front-desk clerk was helpful in straightening out a messy reservation problem.

Older faculties however recently remodeled with necessary face lift. Icould tell the Owner and the family work hard to make this place their own. Everything we needed, and a good breakfast, plus they have a pizza maker for those late night emergencies😉

Amazing hotel and services - did not expect that this type hotel rooms and service still exist for $75 per night!!! Very pleasant surprise! Huge room, super comfortable bed, had couch in it, big TV, roomy bathroom; very clean! Breakfast options are as at 4 star hotels!

The view from the room was blocked by plastic over the windows. If I had known there was major construction going on I would not have booked there. The pool was overrun by young children with no adult supervision (I'm sure there is a limit legally for safety). They were running and jumping in the pool with no regard for others. No towels were in the pool and no seating available. I neglected to ask for a AAA or AARP discount when booking and was told at checkout it had to be done at booking. No prompt at booking was noted. No linen in room for pullout, did get from desk, no extra pillow, either.
