Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet établissement, c’était très propre,l’appartement était plus grand que ce que nous avions réservé, mais c’était plutôt agréable. Par contre le seul point négatif est qu’il n’y avait pas de cafetière , on a demandé,l’accueil nous a répondu qu’il n’en avait plus mais il nous on proposé de descendre boire un café à la salle des déjeuners.

The hotel suited our purposes and was convenient to public transportation and a pleasant daily street market. However, the first room we were given had not been cleaned. To their credit, they did not hesitate and moved us to another room. The second room we were given was comfortable, adequately large, equipped with a kitchenette, had a window that could be open to let in fresh air, and had a large comfortable bed. Unfortunately, there was not a sense of cleanliness or attention to detail by the hotel - the bottom of the bathroom door was extremely water damaged and needed repair, one light fixture and art on the wall was crooked, and the holes and mismatched paint had not been attended to after replacing a light fixture in the bathroom. The front desk staff, however, was attentive and helpful.

À fuir...

Nous sommes très déçu de notre expérience dans cet hôtel. Comme une impression de se faire arnaquer... La chambre ne correspond pas du tout aux photos du site qui sont prises dans un appartement témoins... Liste non exhaustive des choses problématique de notre chambre : - matériel globalement mal entretenu et abîmé - prises électriques et interrupteurs qui sortent des murs (danger) - chambres mal insonorisées (heureusement que nous étions au bout du couloir loin des ascenseurs ultra bruyants et en piteux état) - odeur de cigarette qui s'infiltre dans la chambre depuis le balcon du voisin (fenêtre fermée !) - matelas trop vieux et abîmé - nous avons eu une chambre avec 2 lits simples au lieu d'un lit double comme demandé à la réservation. - eau chaude timide le soir - douche qui fuit - accueil froid et médiocre - l'arnaque ultime : le parking est payant et très cher (80 euros les 3 jours...) alors qu'il était indiqué qu'il y avait un parking accessible compris dans l'hôtel. - et j'en passe... Mon seul compliment ira aux équipes de ménage qui franchement arrivent à rendre les chambres à peu près correctes avec leur travail bien fait.
