While the hotel was a perfect, close to the airport stay, I would have say the staff was the best part. Osama gave us great travel advise that saved us time, money, and likely frustration. Good people!

Just ok for a night
Just does it's job , but it's very very basic for the price you pay. The desk that was in the room was full of cobwebs and it hadn't been dusted in ages. Bathroom quite old but at least it was clean. Walls are very thin so you can hear everything from other rooms and corridor. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Perfect for Marseille Airport on a Budget
This hotel serves its purpose very well. It is a "budget" hotel so has only basic facilities but the rooms have good air con, are clean and the staff are helpful.

Great but courtesy bus was confusing
There was little to find fault with apart from one thing. Arriving at Marseille airport late in the evening, there was no indication as to where the courtesy bus would be waiting. After wandering up and down fruitlessly a taxi driver suggested that it could be found up by Terminal 1. When we got there the bus was in the act of driving away. Fortunately we managed to stop it and got aboard. The driver was very helpful and helped us aboard (we’re elderly). I would suggest that the hotel includes detailed instructions about the courtesy bus in the booking confirmation email.

This hotel is perfect for a short stay. I needed a bed before an early morning flight . Ibis budget hotel ticked all the box. The staff are both friendly and helpful, the shuttle service is very efficient and the price rate is reasonably cheap compared to other hotels nearby. If you are not too fussy , this is the right place for one night stay.

Good budget option for an airport hotel. I walked to the airport from the hotel, though they do have a shuttle if you would prefer it. The room was small and basic, but that is what I needed for a short night. The price made this a good value. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was quite good.

My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Very minimal budget hotel, but it was fine. With budget hotels like this, I just want a room that is clean and has quite rooms.
