Wonderful staff, welcomed upon arrival, directed to parking, room was lovely with a beautiful view. Staff on all shifts were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Rooms are normal-small, but well appointed, clean and modern. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location and fabulous view from the balcony. Despite being at the port, the room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable so I slept really well. Breakfast was very good (15 Euros a day as I didn’t book in advance). On the downside, the room wasn’t well cleaned/hoovered. They left a note saying they would only change bedsheets on request. I think this is scrimping. They would say it was to be eco-friendly but they weren’t eco-friendly with the rubbish - there was no dividers in the bin so all the rubbish was together. Room nice but at the end of the day you are paying for the view and location.

Beautiful old property with amazing location right on the old port. Small rooms, only one elevator and pricy BUT well worth it given its wonderful location and views, 500 restaurants within 500 metres, so walkable and excellent friendly staff. secure reserved parking 200 metres away by the old city hall. Our second stay in this property and will stay again when next in Marseille. Recommended.
