This hotel is a little piece of paradise the very busy old port of Marceille. The people who run this place really know what they are doing. From the friendly smiles of the staff who greet you every day to the heavenly home cooking smells wafting from the kitchen. Excellent hotel in an excellent location.

Lovely helpful staff. Great location on the port and decent size room for our option. We didnt end up using the restaurant so cant comment but it looked nice. The hotel was clean including the room. Would stay again.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is very close to the parking outside the walls and you can drive right next to hotel to drop bags. The hotel is near everything and St Malo is magical. I would highly recommend coming here.

The property was modern and clean. The location was excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly. There were no mirrors or trash cans on the second floor and the air conditioning in the whole unit was not working or very inadequate. This made the stay uncomfortable as the temperatures were in the 80's.

The good first. Lovely and very friendly staff. Excellent location. My main disappointment is that a highlight of the property is its magnificent view, yet choosing in Expedia the most expensive and large suite that was available lacked any view. Actually a dark room. They claimed to be sold out of any room with a view to switch to. Granted, it did not explicitly said view and I wrongly assumed their best and priciest rooms have it. Expedia should make it a point of clarity. The other issue was the run down condition of the suite furniture. For my dates in Marseille the Intercontinental was slightly more and a great nearby property I have stayed before. The issue was that I was with other fellow travelers staying here. All in all not a good value or experience for me. I booked 4 different properties on this trip and all the others met expectations.

Great location and nice size rooms.

Great location but can be noisy. Small lobby with not a lot of staff. It made check in a bit chaotic. The staff was though accommodating and patient.
