This location has great staff and is in a very convenient location for shopping, food and taxis. The room was small, but clean. We found this Riad to be slightly underwhelming after reading such incredible reviews about it in advance. The room lacked necessary lighting and seemed to have a high number of gnats, that erupted from the vents in the bathroom.The fluorescent bathroom lighting made it difficult to apply makeup and see myself clearly. There was a heater in the bathroom which was nice. The room was very basic, and not as nice as some other places we stayed in the area so we were a little disappointed. The restaurant had delicious food that was fairly priced and a nice little roof top pool. The complimentary Breakfast was also very good. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating with everything we needed.

This property is located just 2 minutes walk to historic mosque and a short walk (7 minutes walk) to main square. Staff is amazing and each room is decorated beautifully. You have to see this place from inside to appreciate its beauty. It almost looks like you have walked in a movie set… we throughly enjoyed our three nights at this property and will visit again.

We had the most amazing and relaxing time at Riad Almisk. The Riad is situated in the Kasbah area, about 10 minutes or so walk away from Jemaa El Fna. Once you get step form the hustle and bustle of the street through the door you walk straight into an oasis of peace and calm. It is a beautiful property, with two gorgeous internal courtyards and a wonderful rooftop terrace. Our room was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable king size bed, and we loved the individual decorations. Food at the Riad is very good - both breakfast and dinner. I especially loved the Briwates and Cigars (savoury pastries) to be enjoyed on the rooftop terrace. However, the best thing about Riad Almisk are the staff. Nothing was too much trouble, and it was definitely service with a smile. A special shout out to Karim on reception, who helped with airport transfers and ensured that there was a wonderful meal waiting for us when we arrived later the evening. Also, to Mohamed, Kamal and Mustapha for their impeccable service at breakfast and dinner. Thoroughly recommended!

Receptionist attitude need to be improved. Laundry return with no bags, leave unattended on reception counter. Very unprofessional. Instead of accepting our feedback and be apologetic, they're defensive and questioning. I wish we could give more than 5 stars. This place was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The place was clean and you always had fresh towels. The surrounding area is within walking distance. Plenty of places to eat. The food at the Riad was amazing. We ventured off to Casablanca and the hotel we stayed at was a 5 star and still didn't compare to the Riad. A must stay!!

Riad Almisk was a spectacular choice! Our room (#10) was divine. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooftop terrace for breakfast was great. Bashir the hotel receptionist was so helpful and accommodating. He answered my emails immediately before the trip and arranged pick up at airport as well as a guide for Medena. All the staff , Kamal, musstafa and Mohamed , Oumaima we’re wonderful… 5 stars
