Our stay at Kzar Anika Riad was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. Their attentiveness and dedication truly made a difference. The cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the riad were impeccable, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Every corner was well-maintained, showing the care and effort put into making guests feel at home. Breakfast was another highlight –delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. It was the perfect way to start our days of exploring. The location is also ideal, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to many major attractions. Whether you’re looking for culture, history, or just a charming place to stay, this riad is an excellent choice. We highly recommend it

This is a really nice and spacious property conveniently located near the Bahia palace and so good walking distance to Jemaa el fna. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the 3 rooms we had were excellent! They were very welcoming and shared helpful advice on the area while serving us mint tea and delicious cake. They organised transport for us and gave us a nice bag with sandwiches, fruit and cake for our onward journey and they also gave a small gift when we left. I would highly recommend this Riad.

Upon arrival, during the entirety of my stay, to departure excellent! If I can give 100 stars I would, I loved the property close to everything and definitely walkable. I was looked after and taken care as if I was family. I loved my stay and this will be the only place I stay when I return.

100% Recommend

Absolutely fantastic stay for my wife and I. We were met on arrival with complimentary Moroccan tea and local treats to sample to welcome us into hotel. The staff then provided all the info and maps to help us navigate the beautiful city of Marrakech. The room was very spacious, peaceful and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was a great selection of local cuisine that set you up for the day and was more than what we expected. We stayed for 3 nights and were genuinely sad to be leaving. We were even treated to more complimentary local soaps and shampoo upon check out. I would 100% recommend anyone wishing to spend a relaxing break in Marrakech to consider this hotel 10/10

I enjoyed my stay at Riad Ksar Anika. It’s located on a quiet road, away from, but close enough to the hustle and bustle of the city centre. I walked everywhere. The service was great, with the reception staff going as far as providing me with a full lunchbox after I had told him during my checkout that I was going to take a bus to Essaouira later that day.

Stayes here for a week with a friend and we loved the place. The decor of the entire hotel is beautiful and feels very much within Marrakech's magical atmosphere. The surrounding area is safe, walkable and not too touristy. Service was excellent and the pool is lovely.

Superb Riad wished we’d stayed longer

We had the fabulous stay at Riad Ksar Anika. Located away from the hustle and bustle but walking distance within a couple of minutes. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. We had a superb massage in the Riad on the stay. The building is exceptionally beautiful and the rooms were huge. Will be returning as soon as I can.

We had a wonderful stay at this riad. The staff do their utmost to provide an exceptional service and are always available to ask about the local area or if you need assistance with anything. The riad was beautiful and is located on the very outskirts of the medina, so it is a short walk away, but you gain the benefit of the peace away from the hustle and bustle! Hot breakfast options changed every day and everything was freshly prepared. We don’t like eggs, but these were offered at breakfast also. Our room was clean and spacious and each day we were left fruit, water, dates and small biscuits free of charge. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend for adults visiting Marrakech.
