It is far from a 5stars hotel. Old, dirty, far away from the city, can be costly taking a daily taxi. Rooms are old, furnitures are old and forget about asking for extra soap, pillows or anything else, no one cares. Breakfast buffet is so bad, cold and tables are dirty. Bathroom with no shower curtain, dirty toilet, basically never again.
Am evaluating this as a 4star hotel.
Facility nice, requires $10 taxi ride to central market/ historical district.
Should only drink bottled water; I got 2 small bottles only for a 2day stay.
Cleaning staff left door from room to lanai unlocked, could have resulted in theft but this seems a nice, quiet neighborhood.
Small outdated workout facilities (wouldn’t call it a gym). Neither of the three elliptical worked.
The hotel seems to cater to the 80 y/o crowd and for this group it might well be a solid 4 star hotel.

For reference, I’m evaluating as if this is a 4 star hotel. Nice place. Rooms in OK shape but comfortable. Can’t drink tap water and hotel makes you buy your own thru local store (after first 2 small free bottles).
Cleaning folks left door to lanai unlocked but lockable safe in room.
Workout facilities marginal. Treadmill works but none of the 3 ellipticals do.
Looks like it tries to cater to the foreign “over 70s” crowd.
We stayed here 2 weeks after the Massive earthquake had hit and caused a lttile damage to the property. There was constant Repair work happening the whole time we were there so constant noise from the Machines and the Workmen there. But the staff were very nice. Very helpful, very friendly and considering what they had to go through 2 weeks previous I can't complain too much about the noise and repair works. Breakfast was very good buffet style with a lot of choice. Nice pool area to sit by during the day and in the evening. there was also a Large shopping Mall about 10 min from the hotel and a cinema. It's about a 10 min taxi ride from the old medina. The area looks to be undergoing considerable development.I imange in about 3 years time with more shops and things to do having been added here this could be one of the best areas to stay in and it is very close to the Main aiport. only took 15 mins to get to the airport from here.

Hate to say it - but very underwhelmed!
I don’t know how this place is a 5 star hotel. Apart from the staff (who were pleasant) it’s really nothing special. The biggest problem by far, is the food. Everywhere in Morocco the food was fantastic. This place boasts 4 dining areas and one is under construction, the second is a pool bar, the 3rd is a Smokey ‘jazz’ bar - with no tables for dining and the last wasn’t even open. So I had to order room service which was pretty lousy - felt like cruise ship room service.
I hate to be negative - I rarely leave negative reviews - but this place was super disappointing!
P.S - get your own taxi. Their airport shuttle is way too expensive for such a short ride
The staff were awesome. They were friendly warm and helpful. It was the best customer service ever, place was clean and well maintained. Thank you Adam park stuff for the enjoyable experience.
Food was amazing, staff was very professional. We love the swimming pool, the rooms (they offered us a suite while we booked a room). A hotel where I would stay again and again and again !
The hotel is very clean and tidy and staff customer service is great. My kids absolutely loved the huge swimming pool. Very close to the Al-Mazar mall where you can find everything you need.
