CLAUDE

The bed was incredibly comfortable. We appreciated the bottled water. My husband enjoyed the tub. The valet attendants were awesome as was the front desk check in. But… cheap soap that we had to ask for, cheap shampoo, no conditioner or lotion, even the regular hotels provide these. The refrigerator did not work and leaked water onto the carpet. There was trash behind one of the nightstands and water pressure was less than desirable. Also some employees were less than polite. For the price we paid we expected better service and quality.

The room was very dark. There was no light in the shower - it felt like a dungeon. The room had a musty smell. The north tower is not up to par. For the price we paid we expected more. We stayed at that hotel because of an event that ended up not being what we expected.

Rooms were smaller than I thaught but still ok. Price seemed a little high to me for the quality but overall not bad. The first person we spoke to at check in was kinda rude and not helpful (we were early) came back a little later and spoke to another person who was much friendlier and got us the adjoining rooms we were asking for.

The room was dirty and I found a Bobby pin on the floor from a previous guest. There was a terrible stench in the halls of the second floor of the non smoking tower and permeated the room which smelled like marijuana. There was noise all night and early morning that sounded like hammering or banging on the walls. I got no rest which was not good as I was traveling for work.
