1 star for quality. For what I paid, I would have thought I was staying at a 4 star hotel. For what I got, it felt like a 1 star hotel. The bed, pillows (both paper thin) and overall comfort of the hotel was absolutely horrible. Couldn’t sleep at all! Would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. Way better hotels in the area for cheaper. I thought I was getting a suite. I got a basic oversized room with a suite price tag.

We had a wonderful time with a bunch of high school friends and our families. The location was central to all the sites we wanted to visit: The Fisherman's Wharf, 17 Mile Drive, and the My Mystery Spot. Staff was friendly and being so close to local shopping center was an added bonus.

As soon as you walk in the place smelled amazingly clean. Fastest check in I ever had. Large, spacious and clean rooms. Beds are comfortable as well. We will definitely stay here again.
