Your site advertising stated small dogs accepted. Drove 3 hours for vacation to find out The hotel didn’t allow dogs. I paid the extra fee for cancellation protection and did not get a refund. I’m not happy Microtel and Expedia. I was a loyal customer but very disappointed.

I have been staying here for the last 10 years, Twice a year and really love the hotel. but this stay the bed pillows were really short, more like fat throw pillows. not the long bed pillows most people sleep with. room is always clean and neat. This hotel is a lot further from were my activity is and a little higher in price. But its quiet and the rooms are much nicer to stay in.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We were in a handicapped room and my only complaint was the water temperature was very hard to regulate. I have stayed at Microtel before and did not have this much trouble. But this was just one incident I am sure.

Hotel is good compared to others we have stayed at in the area. My Daughter goes to the University in Marietta, so it is convenient for my wife and I. This stay was a little lower level than previous stays, it was raining and we could hear water dripping in the interior wall. Also some mold in the bathroom, probably from the leak. My daughter and son-in-law also booked a different room and complained there were ants. Overall stay was ok just some minor annoyances.

Pleasant Visit in the River City

Excellent 3 night stay at this location. First floor near exit was extremely convenient. Room was clean and well lit. Only concern was ventilation was controlled at unit and didn't know thermostat was active. Using thermostat managed room temp better. Will stay at this location during future visits.
