This facility was very clean inside and out convenient right off of interstate 77 we travel from New York to North Carolina about every other month we stay at this facility going to North Carolina and returning back to New York would recommend this facility to anyone
The pool was much colder than it has been in the past. The staff also thought they saw us with a pet and charged us an extra pet fee....we have no pet. It was refunded, but i thought rude without actually seeing a pet or asking us about it directly.
After checking in and beginning to unpack, the TV stopped working. Maintenance man was already gone for the day. I've worked in Technical Support for over 40 years, and that is a 24x7 responsibility. Disappointed in their support person, but kudos to the front desk person, Elizabeth, in quickly switching me to a room across the hall, where I had no such problem.
