With a car, it's really close to the center of Mariehamn, rather basic but all the important stuff is at a decent level, the staff is friendly and helpful. A bit better cleaning and some renovation would strengthen a generally positive feeling.

Very basic place to sleep in very silent and quiet surroundings. Nothing to do in the area and you definitely need a car. Very basic breakfast. Everything is clean and very well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. This place seems to be a place that provides long term accommodation to workers and business people. You dont find any activities or amenities around.

The rooms are basic but clean and well maintained. The only thing lacking was some form of airhandling, even just a small fan, to deal with the stagnant heat during the heatwave I experienced. Breakfast is simple but very nice. Being at the far end of the hotel, the WiFi was very intermittent.

This is a basic hotel and the price reflects this. It is about a 3km walk to the town of Mariehamn. The rooms are not air-conditioned. There is a small cafe next door and outside seating. OK if you are out all day visiting the local area but you will need a taxi to enjoy the night life in Mariehamn.

Great find!
From the first meeting of the manager, I was impressed with the hotel and service! I arrived at 11 am and she gave me my room right away. She also asked if I would like a sandwich, and prepared me a beautiful tray with sandwiches, tea, and cookies! The room and public rooms were attractive and extremely clean. The hotel is about 2 Kms. from the city centre.

Nice, clean hotel.
Very pleasant stay and extremely helpful staff. The location is a bit out of the way if you arrive by boat, so best for those who bring a car.

Liikuntarajoitteiselle erittäin huono hotelli. Inva parkkipaikkoja ei ollut yhtään ja jouduin jättämään auton todella kauas. Sänky oli liian korkea, hyvä kun 160 cm pituisena pääsin siihen kipuamaan. Olisin toivonut myös muuta ruokailumahdollisuutta kuin aamupala. Keskustan ravintolat liian kaukana ja läheinen ravintola ei ollut kaikkina päivinä auki. Tunsin olon myös turvattomaksi, koska käytävän päädyn ovea pidettiin yötä päivää auki. Kuka tahansa olisi voinut kävellä kadulta sisälle. Ei ikinä enää.

Hotelli on rauhallinen, siisti ja hyvällä paikalla. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja aamiainen kohtuullisen runsas. Ainoa pieni hankaluus oli pysäköintialueen koko. Se ei riittänyt kaikille autoille, jos hotelli oli täynnä. Jotkut joutuivat jättämään autonsa merkityn alueen ulkopuolelle.

Ordinärt boende utan finesser
Ett ordinärt boende utan några större finesser. Städningen var under all kritik. Vi fick säga till om att få städat och att få nya lakan och handdukar. Bor man så länge som vi gjorde tycker man det vore en självklarhet att sköta städningen. Frukosten var hyfsad, men ganska dålig logistik. Rörigt och bullrigt i "matsalen".
