Great for a girls weekend!

This is the perfect location for a weekend to enjoy marble falls—walking distance to Main street’s shops and restaurants. The beds could be a bit more comfortable, but the service was great, and my friend and my friend and I are looking forward to making this a yearly thing. Be sure to check out the Beloved coffee shop and art gallery. It’s a truly special experience.

The staff is super friendly and very helpful. However upon check in the first room they gave use was still dirty from previous guest im guessing. Pizza box on table,trash in trash cans, etc. The lady at the front desk fixed the situation and moved us to a lakeview room. However that room the wall thermostat was not working so our rooms temperature could not be adjusted. I love this hotel and have stayed there several times and this is the first time ever having these kinds of issues.

Will be fine when remodel is done

Pros: weekend breakfast was great, people were friendly, plenty of parking. Cons: The hotel lobby is completely destroyed while it is being remodeled. Wasn’t expecting that and not what I wanted to walk into when I am starting a weekend vacation. The TV in the room is really low quality and they have limited options. They should add the ability to sign into Netflix or something so we can watch something.

The hotel was undergoing extensive lobby renovations the entire 4 days we were there, which looks like it will take a few more weeks to complete. Needless to say, it was a mess when you walked in. We had to walk through a thick cloud of drywall dust, which affected my mother's asthma pretty bad. All of the hallways were freshly painted and wreaked of paint fumes. Had we not checked in at 2am exhausted, we would have changed hotels. Thankfully, the room was clean and odor free. We just ended up dealing with the construction.

The hotel was undergoing major renovations and had been for 2-3 months. The lobby and kitchen area were actively being worked on during our stay. With the kitchen being renovated, the full breakfast listed as an amenity was reduced to a continental breakfast. Multiple rooms on the third floor were also undergoing renovation. The room directly adjoining ours had just been painted, and the door was painted with oil-based paint. This led to our room being heavily permeated with strong vapors. The very cordial staff moved us into another room with no paint odors. I would have booked my stay at another location if I had known about this situation.
