Front desk people were rude and not helpful. The food is NOT good. The staff helping with the food were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were rundown they definitely need remodeling and there are fruit flies in the rooms!

“Tuve una experiencia mixta en este hotel. Desafortunadamente, tuve una plaga en 2 habitaciones en las que me alojé, lo que fue extremadamente incómodo. Sin embargo, el personal fue muy amable y profesional al manejar la situación. Me ofrecieron una compensación por parte del hotel, lo cual fue un gesto que aprecié y espero respete. Aunque el incidente fue desafortunado, reconozco la atención al cliente y espero que el hotel pueda solucionar este problema para futuros huéspedes.”
