Could use some updating , the shower fixture was backwards. The room had a musty smell, seemed clean enough but just didn’t seem fresh. One of the rooms smelled like smoke.

It was horrible. The hallways had a strong odor that was very unpleasant. Our room had dusty baseboards. The sink soap dispenser did not have a lid/cover and the liquid soap was old. The hair and body products in the shower dispenser were old and grumpy. Black mold along the shower door corners and door slide. There was an inch gap on the door. Furnishing were old and outdated, nothing as described. Floor was dirty and towels were not fresh. I will never stay at this hotel or recommend to anyone!

Signed up for king and got 2 full bed room. No desk, no chair to sit in. Door was damaged did not lock properly. Space around door and underneath. They offered me another room. Same door not latch. Next door dog barking. Advertised breakfast not available. Store empty. Run down room with peeling paint. Requested early check out. Told I had to pay since after 11 am. Terrible place. Description not accurate.

The front staff at check-in was great. Very friendly. The room appeared clean until we took off our shoes. The floor was sticky and we had black stuff all over our feet. The toilet clogged and we had to get a plunger. One issue that really bothered me was the details of the hotel said breakfast was available. It was not. And it being a Sunday morning, most places on the island were closed. I added pictures of what the rag looked like when we wiped our feet off. Very yucky.

Think motel here, not hotel. We were disappointed.

This is not a hotel, it’s much more like a motel. Staff was pleasant and understanding and very nice. However, we had to change rooms due to a terrible, weird, ozone type smell. The air conditioning also made a loud noise. So, they put us in a different room. The property is spread out and it’s difficult to find which building you may be staying in. Parking was weird and it’s tough to even drive around that place. This is one of those listings where the pictures are very misleading. The rooms aren’t as nice as the pictures show you and quite a bit smaller than they look. This is an old place that they’ve updated quite a bit but it still feels…..cheap. Had it not been so late and us being exhausted from our drive here I would’ve booked something elsewhere. If you just need a clean, cheap room, then this will do. The staff are very nice and there is a restaurant here. Little get away with your spouse or get away to relax and chill? This isn’t the place.
