Pool is not monitored and can get chaotic at times. Extremely loud. Jumping in on other people just trying to relax in spa because can’t get near pool. Too many children not being watched. Two adults and 9 kids need to be taught to respect others trying to enjoy what they’ve also paid for to enjoy

One of my best overnight stays! The room was newly redone with hardwood floors, very clean! The front desk lady, Amanda, called as well to check if I needed anything as well. I have not been to a hotel with employees this nice and helpful!
