Hotel was easy to get to, and in good proximity to most things and places youd be looking to visit. The staff was friendly at check in and check out. The room was clean, the bathrtom was clean, the sheets were clean, and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Was with my 4 year old granddaughter for the night. We were on the 3rd floor, over-looking the "garden", it was extremely noisy until well after midnight and then it started back up again around 6am. Needless to say, she didn't sleep well.

My only complaints would be that the air vents in the room and the bathroom were visibly dirty and dusty. Also the shower water pressure was very low. But, overall it was a very nice hotel.

This is not a hotel, it’s a prison camp.
This was real trash. Hotels.com should not do business with them at all. There was no heat. It was filthy. If I could give negative stars I would.

This property was incredibly run down. Our tv did not work and when asked we were told that was a manager problem. Our tub leaked profusely from the moment we stepped in. When asked about it they said they do not have a maintenance person. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall in places. a deadbolt to the adjoining room literally fell off the door when checked. it was 600 $ to stay for 2 nights. The pool was deathly cold. I would have hoped for some kind of refund on something and nothing was offered. overall what a horrible time.

Room was so dirty , the whole place was falling apart. The ceilings were chipping and falling down on the bed. Stained carpets. The walls has stains dripping down them. The shower rod was falling out of the wall. The elevator inspection was 3 months expired and pretty sketchy. The list goes on and on about how gross this place was. For the price I paid this was totally unacceptable.
