Just too much is going on and a little chaotic when u look out the window but front of the hotel is good. It doesn’t really matter as long as the hotel is nice and clean and most of all staff are accommodating, helpful and polite. I stayed here during my 2023 vacation, came back 2025 and be choosing the same hotel next time. I will also give good reviews on the YT

The Heritage Hotel Manila is a topnotch hotel that offers excellent service for very reasonable prices. It is close to the airport and readily accessible from all major points and landmarks in the city. Highly recommended for all your visit needs.

The building is beautiful but quite old already. However, what made us love it is the staff’s top notch service. Our room was upgrade to junior when I only requested for a king size bed. That was sweet! But the ac in that room was horrible so they graciousky move us to a different room. We were shocked that they gave us an executive room - our daughter was so happy running around. Their pool, live performances etc gave an extra kick on why you would like to stay here. Plus, it is very vlose to Mall of Asia - they provide free ride going there! Overall, we will defiiteky come back. The quakity service, ambiance, convenience, and safety are unwavering.
