I like the view of my room in Bay tower. Nice beds, shower is great with hot water and dual type shower. Staff are courteous and accommodating. They don’t allow food from outside, quite strict about it, probably to maintain the room’s cleanliness and smell.

We stayed at Solaire Resort Entertainment City for one night before an early flight, and it was a fantastic experience! The resort has a beautiful, vibrant atmosphere with a Vegas-like vibe that made my stay feel luxurious and exciting. The food at The Court was absolutely amazing—delicious and satisfying. I also thoroughly enjoyed the cocktail hour, which was the perfect way to unwind. The staff were incredibly kind and even arranged transport to the airport, making my early departure stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel for its ambiance, dining, hospitality, and thoughtful service!

Have to call maintenance 4 separate times from 2 toilet flusher kept on disconnecting, hot water issue and lost power in the room. After repair I was even told that maybe I plugged something that shorted the fuse… Their casino is also not any better. Ticket got stocked and have to wait over an hour for them to validate to get my money. Wouldn’t the solution be is open the slot and checked the last ticket inserted? But that’s not the case, they were validating online and was even told to checked purse inside to see if the ticket was there when it clearly said in the machine malfunction. Felt like a criminal who was hiding my own ticket. What a stay!

I stayed at Solaire Hotel from January 24-27, and while our stay had some good moments, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor staff organization and service. When we arrived after a late flight—which we informed the hotel about in advance—the staff simply placed our luggage on the floor without offering any assistance. It was unprofessional and frustrating, but we were too exhausted to argue after a long day. Our stay itself was fine. The room was comfortable, and the amenities were adequate. However, our check-out experience was another disappointment. The staff asked for our valet parking ticket, which I had handed to them during check-in. They didn’t return it with the folder of documents, and instead of resolving the issue smoothly, they began asking which staff member handled it. No one seemed to know. They advised us to report it as a lost ticket and pay 1,000 pesos, which I refused since it wasn’t our fault. The driver who parked the car had already left for his home province. While I understand the need for security measures, the situation was poorly handled. The hotel should have better systems in place to manage important items like valet tickets to avoid inconveniencing guests. This unnecessary hassle ruined what could have been a much better experience. I hope management takes steps to improve their service and processes.
