Hotel was really clean and staff was friendly. Room rates are affordable and it wasn't a cheap motel. Location was good with a few restaurants nearby. Mcdonald's, Starbucks, and 7-11 are right across, while KFC and other places are a little further. Place is a little farther from malls and other shopping locations, but it's nice, quiet, and private.

The room was very small and extremely basic offering not much more space other than for the bed. There were no bathroom amenities, no bars of soap, no shampoo, no conditioner, no comb, no toothbrush or anything other than 3 in 1 soap, shampoo and conditioner. Drinking water wasn't even provided in the room. You need to ask if you want your room cleaned or it won't be cleaned. I asked simple questions, for example, where can I buy a SIM card for my phone, and nobody was able to answer. They offer no food at all. While there is a Starbucks across the street it was closed on Saturday. I have traveled to over 30 countries, have stayed in hundreds of hotels, including other hotels in Manila, and I can not recommend this hotel.

I love that the building and amenities seem brand new, so the place felt clean, maintained, and in great condition. Everyone was so pleasant and approachable, I felt very safe and well looked out for. Honestly, I didn’t expect my stay to feel like a five-star hotel experience, but that’s what made it worth the value.

There are some stains or discoloration on the sheets so it makes me wonder if they are changed every time the guest leaves. Sheets need to be washed and need to be clean.

The hotel was clean. The staff are extremely helpful. There are a lot of great options to eat and shop nearby. Only draw back....room could use a microwave so we can warm up left overs latebat night.
