Translation: It's okay. It's just disappointing because we have to pay again for my child even though we already paid when we booked. We booked for 2 adults and 1 child, but they said my child is no longer considered a child, even though we provided their age when booking. They should have told us during the booking process that my child wasn't considered a child anymore so we wouldn't have to pay twice. But everything is okay. I just wish they were honest about the payment upfront, instead of telling us we need to pay more when we're already there. It's not about the money, but they should have told us so we could pay everything at once when we booked the hotel.

Staff are nice and very friendly. The hotel itself is the issue, out of 3 plugs only one was working. Bathroom soap dispenser kept on coming off, the curtains are hard to use and it’s tearing on the seams, the blow drier doesn’t work. I had one of the security guards approach me in the mall saying he recognized me from the hotel and asked me for money.
