The rooms are outdated, a lot of things that aren’t working properly. I also felt like there’s something creepy in our room. We were charged over 6k for breakfast for 5 people. We only had 4 pieces of sausages, 1 omelette, two to three scopes of garlic rice on each our plate, few pieces of bacon and two glass of orange juice because there was nothing left because they are closing the breakfast buffet when we started. The good thing about the hotel is its location is very convenient to shopping and feeling safe of the surrounding.

We had a great view of the horizon with all rhe fireworks on New Year's eve. Food in in-room dining was also good and the breakfasr had a simple selection but food was also great tasting. A fun and highly recommended hotel for staycation or last minute reservations like what we did. Parking could have been better though. There was no direct lift to the inside of the hotel and parking slots were a little too tight.

This is by far my favorite hotel in Manila. The location is great, hotel is nice, and staff is outstanding. I specifically remember Pia at the front desk who assisted me both with check in and check out. I had an issue that she handled with great care and efficiency. I am extremely grateful to Pia and all the amazing staff at the New World Makati. They are all top notch professionals who care about your stay.
