We were able to upgrade to the executive lounge for a nominal fee and it was worth it. The staff there bent over backwards to serve us. The food options were perfect for a full breakfast or for appetizers in the evening. The Guest Relations team under Maica (Teody, Kylie, Chef Nica) even gave my husband some pastries and balloon for his bday. Now that's service! We also had a family reunion at the buffet and it was outstanding. The staff was patient as some of our relatives were delayed. We've stayed at this Marco Polo several times over the years and the property continues to be well maintained and pristine. We'll return again!

I had a good stay at the hotel. Room was clean, housekeeping did a tremendous job. Staffs were all very helpful. Breakfast was good too. Convenient to walk to nearby places.

I book this hotel based on my experience at Marco Polo, Cebu City, the Breakfast is Amazing and Alot of choices, sadly Marco Polo Pasig Breakfast was Horrible and nothing like MP CEBU, at $25 US @ day its pricey, as well as MP CEBU breakfast was included in my booking, MP PASIG i had to add it on separate, but thatcalso allowed me to ask them to remove it from my bill, I did ored the Room service Cesar Salad and french fries, but not worth the $40 US Charge, I transfered to Seda Norh, Great hotel great food.

We held our sister's birthday celebration at the hotel, booking nearly 10 rooms. The experience was pleasant, except for a 30-minute delay in re-entering my room due to a dead battery and the manager's subsequent difficulty in resolving the issue. Aside from the apology, no compensation was offered for the inconvenience.

Its a busy ,older hotel. My room although non-smoking smells like cigarette smoke, mini bar was leaking within me using it. The staff are mostly friendly, attentive, helpful. The buffet offered array of different dishes, very exquisite.

Superb customer service by Sharifa.

We really enjoyed our stay here at Marco Polo. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Our stay included breakfast buffet and our host Sharifa went above and beyond. She was very friendly and so though, paid attention to the detail. She even surprised us with an anniversary cake. We asked her to take our picture and told her it was anniversary and minutes later she brought out cake. Wish her all the best and we hope to see her again on our next visit
