The breakfast buffet service was too long. Had to remind the staff of our order a couple of times. There wasn’t anyone at the coffee area and there was no coffee cups to do self-serve. I believe they were understaffed from the last time I remember. We will try again in three weeks. If the same situation, I will go back to Holiday Inn.

One of the best stays I’ve had in some time. The staff was courteous and pleasant, the food was great, the ambiance is amazing, and I can’t say enough about the excellent water pressure in the shower. When I come back, I will look to stay here again!

Beautiful hotel in Makati. Surrounded by a bunch of malls you can easily walk to. The staff was amazing. Only issue we had was it took a while to get a luggage cart.
